The fact that blueberries are very healthy is known to all. However, the eaten berry is assimilated at best only by 40%.
To make blueberry nutrients as accessible as possible for the human body, Ukrainian scientists, Ph.D. Sergey Osipenko created a unique innovative hydro-thermo-dynamic technology. Berries are finely chopped, so vitamins, organic acids, minerals are absorbed by almost 100%. Under the influence of pressure, the components from the bones and peels of blueberries fall into the paste, increasing its useful properties.
